This was a engagement party cake. Both cakes were dark chocolate with a fresh strawberry filling. Cakes were covered in pink fondant to look like two boxes with gold ribbon made of fondant and gum paste. Bottom box was a half sheet cake, top cake was 10in square. The engagement ring was made out of gum paste and a melted & poured sugar for the diamond with sheets white fondant to resemble fabric.
